While I work to make your handmade products, please allow 3-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your order to be processed. Please make sure you have the correct shipping address on your order. I cannot make changes once the order has shipped. If there are any shipping delays once orders hav shipped, please contact carrier. 

Due to the nature of the products, if the package is lost or damaged, contact the carrier. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, after, I cannot guarantee a cancellation.
